Subtle bio-energy flows through all living things and can be measured in hertz.
They are a symbol of love, and authentic rose products have an extremely high vibration. Everything on earth is made of energy and therefore vibrates within a certain frequency. I am a firm believer that you can raise your own through what you experience within your environment. This is why I add roses to just about everything! If you are as infatuated with them as I am, I encourage you to check out this informative post on the best time to plant roses by our friends at Happy DIY home!
Rose vibes only
Roses can measure as much as 5x higher than her sister plants, like basil and peppermint. Roses are my favorite tool to use in any recipe, whether it be edible or something for the bath. A rose’s scent is a proven aphrodisiac, and it’s high vibration ( the highest in the plant kingdom ) paired with it’s beautiful taste and looks, I am always called to use it. In the last year, you can see I used rose in many recipes.

One of my favorite beverages to sip on during 2020 quarantine was a rose or lavender iced coffee. Use this rose syrup in your iced beverage.
And considering it’s January 1, 2021 – happy new year beautiful soul. What are you trying to attract in the upcoming year? It feels so good that I have a very clear vision of what thoughts I want to turn into things in 2021. I often have vague goals, but this year the desires are crystal clear.

Roses are so beautiful they have a built-in protection mechanism (thorns), roses are popular for their beauty, but also their healing properties. In summary? Buy yourself the beautiful roses when you walk by the florist. Add them to your tea. Use those petals in your salad. Surround yourself with their gifts.
How to make this rose simple syrup recipe
To turn your rose into a simple syrup, all you need is some dried organic roses, water (I used rose water) and sugar. I also like to add a tablespoon. You could use fresh rose petals, but you will want them to be organic (from the garden) and the color and flavor may not be quite as pronounced as the dried floral version I am sharing.
Recommended products:
heart potion bottle
mini glass cork top jar
organic dried rose buds
rose water
Ingredients:
1 cup water or rose water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried rose buds
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan over medium/high heat, heat the water, rose extract, sugar, and rose petals until it comes to a simmer. Stir to dissolve the sugar and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes, reduce heat and let simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes. Then, remove from heat and let the liquid cool. Lastly, strain into a jar (with an airtight lid)
