This pomegranate ginger whisky sour is a vibrant sour cocktail for the winter months and winter holidays. This take on a classic cocktail skips the egg white but tis full of fresh seasonal flavors and is the perfect cocktail when you want something fresh and festive.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whisky
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz pomegranate ginger simple syrup
  • Ice for cocktail and cocktail shaker

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Add in your whisky, lemon juice and syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and then pour into your glass over ice. Garnish with pomegranate jewels, a cinnamon stick, candied herbs or dehydrated orange slice, if desired.
