Chamomile Simple Syrup is a soothing elixir that elevates your drinks to a new level of calm. This syrup is crafted with real chamomile flowers, infusing cocktails, mocktails, and even teas with a touch of serenity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup dried chamomile flowers or 1/2 cup if using fresh

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium/high heat, heat the water, sugar, and chamomile until it comes to a simmer.
  • Stir to dissolve the sugar and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes, reduce heat and let simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add in your honey, and stir to dissolve.
  • Let the liquid cool. Lastly, strain into a jar (with an airtight lid)

Notes

Store into a jar with airtight lid for up to one month.
 
Store in your refrigerator.
