Lavender honey simple syrup
This honey lavender simple syrup is a sweet, slightly herbal and gorgeously floral flavoring that is perfect for coffee, cocktails, lemonade, and more!

1 cup water or lavender water 1 cup sugar ½ cup fresh lavender OR ⅓ cup dried lavender 1 tablespoon honey
In a small saucepan over medium/high heat, heat the water, sugar, and lavender until it comes to a simmer.
Stir to dissolve the sugar and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes, reduce heat and let simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add in your honey and stir to dissolve.
Let the liquid cool.
Lastly, strain into a jar (with an airtight lid)
Store into a jar with airtight lid for up to one month.
Store in your refrigerator.
