1cupfreshly pickled organic elderflowersOR ½ cup dried organic elderflowers
1cupgranulated sugar
2lemons, juice, freshly squeezed
1tablespoonhoneyoptional
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium/high heat, heat the water, sugar, and elderflowers until it comes to a simmer.
Stir to dissolve the sugar and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes, reduce heat and let simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add in your lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey and stir to dissolve.
Lastly, strain into a jar with an airtight lid
