There's a new celestial beverage in town, and it's anything but ordinary. Introducing the Butterfly Pea Flower Blue Moon Milk Tea, a mesmerizing concoction that promises to tantalize your taste buds and transport you to a world of wonder.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers ground into a fine powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chamomile flowers ground into a fine powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lavender buds ground into a fine powder
  • 1 tablespoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1 cup of milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or any sweetener of choice, more to taste

Instructions

  • In a mortar and pestle, blender, or food processor, grind your flower buds into a fine powder.
  • In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, whisk together your milk with your flower powders, honey and ashwagandha to dissolve your powder. Watch carefully, and don't let it heat to the point of bubbling.
  • Pour blend into your milk frother, use a handheld milk frother, or whisk vigorously to froth your milk tea.
  • Garnish with some dried flower buds or candied petals if you fancy!

Serve and enjoy immediately
