These fresh fruit push pops are both healthy and delicious. Bursting with the flavor of fresh mango, each bite is creamy and refreshing. Made from a blend of fresh mango, cream, greek yogurt, sugar, and honey, these push pops have a dreamy texture that is absolutely irresistible.
1cup (238 ml)creamany milk of choice will work, full cream is preferred for ideal texture
1/3cup (113 grams)honey
1/3cup (66 grams)granulated sugar
1/2cup (122 grams)full fat greek yogurtplain or vanilla or mango flavored
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Cut mango from the pit and remove skins. Slice, size doesn't matter.
Place mango, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract into a small saucepan.
Heat on the lowest setting possible for 10 minutes, covered to allow the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat, chill thoroughly, and add your greek yogurt and honey.
Move the mixture to a blender and blend until completely creamy and smooth.
Pour blended mixture into push pop molds.
Move to the freezer and freeze for at least two hours.
Notes
To remove push pop from molds, run under warm water for a moment, then they should be easy to push. Freeze with provided top on to prevent freezer burn.
