Ingredients

  • 7 ounces 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water more if needed
  • teaspoon flavoring of choice such an extract
  • ½ teaspoon any dry ingredients you choose like lemon zest, edible flowers, spices

Instructions

  • Get a medium size mixing bowl and add your sugar and any mix ins your heart desire. We used chamomile, rose, lavender and jasmine for a beautiful floral sugar cube. Mix it up well.
Slowly add in your water and mix until sugar is damp and evenly incorporated.
Using a spoon, densely pack your sugar into your mold. Use the spoon or your hands to firmly pack them as tight as possible. It will not hold shape unless it's packed very well.
Use a clean brush to brush off the excess sugar from the top of the mold.
Let them sit for six hours - overnight to let the sugar harden.
