This year, to start off our Thanksgiving morning, I'll be serving my apple cider pancakes with my apple peel syrup, and this apple cider mimosa. You know it's going to be a great day when you start off with a little bubbly, and have a full day of cozy family time and the most epic dinner of the year to look forward to!

How to make an apple cider mimosa
It's really pretty fool proof. Just add your desired amount of apple cider to your glass of choice, top with champagne - and that's it!
