If you’re loving the cozy vibes of Autumn you must try this cinnamon oat milk latte recipe from the comfort of your home. With homemade spiced oat milk, a hint of maple syrup, and a strong cup of espresso – you will have a new favorite drink to keep you warm this season.
I have been making our homemade spiced oat milk on repeat, and it’s cozier than a bowl of warm oatmeal in the morning. It’s nutty, oat flavor perfectly compliments the sweet maple and rich coffee flavor. And best yet, you can enjoy this vegan latte without any waste from styrofoam cups. If you haven’t made your own oat milk yet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find out it only requires oats and water! In my recipe, a few additional ingredients are recommended.
Cinnamon maple Oat Milk Latte Ingredients
It’s really simple to make this latte, as long as you have some oats and spices on hand to make your oatmilk.
- Strong black coffee or espresso
- Organic maple syrup
- Oat Milk
Milk frothers:
This is a non dairy milk, meaning you wont get as much as a peaked froth as you would with cow’s milk. However I find in my milk frother on a medium high temperature, I still get a nice froth. Here’s the two we have in our kitchen:

Aerolatte bamboo tea and milk frother
