
Happy Summer, friends!
It’s been a hot one here in Tunisia, and we are dreaming of ice cream every single day. There is pretty incredible gelato here, and we live walking distance to a few lovely sundae shops. While there is no shortage of frozen treats in our neighborhood, I still love to make and have popsicles ready for myself and our kids. It’s amazing how many options there are for healthy frozen treats out there, and diy popsicles yield opportunity to get creative and stay in control of your ingredients.
Do you remember those delicious Blue Ribbon Strawberry Crunch ice cream bars? These remind me of those (texture wise) if you choose to add cinnamon cookie crumbles and dehydrated strawberries.
