– 1 1/2 cups rolled oats – 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour – 2/3 cup salted butter – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 2/3 cup brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 cup dried cranberries – 1/3 cup amaranth – 1/3 cup raw cocoa nibs – 1/4 cup chia seeds

CREAM BUTTER, SUGAR + VANILLA

1. In a medium sized bowl, beat together your butter, vanilla extract and brown sugar until it's creamed and light and fluffy. Set aside.

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

2. In a large bowl, combine your flour, oats, baking soda and superfoods

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS

3. 1. Pour your butter and sugar mixture into your dry ingredients and mix slowly until your dough is well combined.

PLACE ON YOUR BAKING SHEET

4. 1. Drop dough in round mounds on your lined baking sheet. Flatten tops gently with the bottom of a spoon if desired.

BAKE + LET CHILL AND THEN ENJOY!

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes and then let chill for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
